Blue Skies Outside My Window

Blue Skies with a touch of clouds - or so that is the view outside my window at work.

It helps keep my mind refreshed & filled with positive thoughts.

I am currently using applique technique on my heirloom scrap fabric 'Happy Birthday' banner. I am using my Nikon D90 to take some photo's of the journey.

However if I end up utilising the iphone well I'm sure you would understand such drastic measures.

(Not knocking the iphone, the pictures are crispy, clear & beautiful but pixilation can occur when I try to enlarge images as I tend to dabble in blowing pictures up to gigantic proportions...um....does AO sound a tad too extreme?)

Sage & Sweet Basil

I planted sweet basil & sage & felt good about. The seed trays are outside on my balcony along with the roma tomato's, cilantro & thyme to name a few.

Hopefully it will be a sunny day tomorrow like it was today.

I am tired & the bed is beckoning yonder...
